We also know that it will foster community cohesion as most people don't even know more than their immediate neighbours. Finally CAPWOI is using this initiative to raise awareness about it's Charitable goals in a the UK and West African communities.
Moderate activity will raise your heart rate, and make you breathe faster and feel warmer.
The plan is congregating at a location with FREE parking and hit the trail
Any shoes or trainers that are comfortable, provide adequate support and do not cause blisters will do.
It is likely for the chosen trail to be woodland without much passing traffic.

The idea is fun, a bit of exercise, comradery and community cohesion. You can take you baby steps of 10 - 20 - 30 minutes to 120 minutes depending on fitness.
